ix7 keeps your personal data to the minimum needed to operate your account, verify transactions, and meet legal obligations.

Data We Collect

We collect your name, email address, contact number, and transaction identifiers. We do not store card numbers or UPI PINs — payment authentication happens within your chosen payment app, not on our servers.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how the lobby is used. You can manage cookie preferences from the settings panel inside your account without affecting your ability to play.

Account Security

Accounts are protected by two-factor authentication via SMS or an authenticator app. We flag logins from unrecognised devices and send an immediate alert to your registered email so you can act within minutes if the login was not you.

Data Retention

Active account data is held for as long as your account remains open. After account closure, we retain the minimum records required by applicable law — typically transaction logs for the statutory period — then delete remaining personal data.

Yes. Email the legal inbox with your account username and a data access request. We will verify your identity, then send a structured summary covering your stored profile fields, session logs, and transaction identifiers within seven business days.

Send a deletion request to the legal inbox after closing your account. We will delete all data that is not required to be retained under applicable law — such as transaction records subject to a statutory retention period — and confirm completion by email.

We set session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to track lobby usage patterns. You can switch analytics cookies off from the account settings panel. Session cookies are necessary for login and cannot be disabled while your session is active.

Two-factor authentication is available via SMS or an authenticator app. Logins from new devices trigger an immediate email alert. If you did not initiate the login, the alert contains a direct link to lock your account while you contact support.

UPI and PhonePe payments are processed by those platforms under their own terms. ix7 receives a transaction identifier and status confirmation only — no UPI VPA, Paytm wallet PIN, or PhonePe credential is stored on our servers at any stage.

We send a notification to your registered email address before any revision to the terms takes effect. The updated document is also published on this page. Continuing to use your account after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
